how may sizes did you lose with the 30 day shred?

If you work hard and give it your all you will most certainly tone up and lose weight!! I did the 30 DS in about 40 days...I was also training for a half-marathon...so I did cardio on the days I didn't do 30 DS. Level 2 is the hardest, so don't be fooled by the relative ease of Level 1. Here is my breakdown:
5 days Level 1
15 days Level 2
10 days Level 30 -
I ate,"clean," while I did 30DS.
I was wearing a tight size 8 when I started. When I finished, I was wearing a size 6.
And then after that I did two of her other dvds (BFBM and NMTZ) and I can now wear a tight size 4.0 -
Done with day1 of level1.. Hope to lose some weight before my engagement..0
