Breakfast. To eat.... Or not to eat?

When you don't eat breakfast you could end up lightheaded, lose energy, suffer from headaches and snack on junk food.0

Yea, I can't do the breakfast thing, I've been told the same thing as you have so i try to eat breakfast and then I can't perform well in my step and aerobics and rpm classes, and doing an hr of interval running isn't much fun either..
Im ok with my protein shake in 250 mls soy milk with my flaxseed oil and coconut oil around 7.30am then im all good until 12- 1pm as by then I've burned over 1000 kcals.
After lunch im all good to go again and clcle for a fewvhrs if its not to cold or wet..
So im just sticking to what works for me
