    1/2 Banana
    1/2 Cup Ice
    20 Ounces Water

    Blend to desired consistency and enjoy! Tastes like a Reese's (to me at least) and gives me all the energy I need to start my day! Oh yeah, and its only 305 calories and an amazingly balanced source of protein and carbs.
