6 Months in today, Progress so far with pics!!

I've been overweight most of my life. I got to the point that I just figured that I was supposed to be overweight, and I let that thought allow me to quit caring to the point that I hit my highest weight 3 different times. I've lost weight before using a low carb diet, but eventually I would get angry at not losing more weight, and missing the foods that I love. I would quit and gain the weight back. This year my wife and I decided that we really needed to do something to change ouselves, and we decided that watching our calories would be best, and adding in some exercise. I began to do some research, and a friend of mine suggested that I check out MFP. Man I'm glad I called that guy. So I began this change in my life at 34 6'1" and 320 lbs. Fast forward 6 months later, I'm now 35, still 6'1" but now only 244.6 lbs. For those of you who are math challenged that's 75 lbs lost. I feel GREAT!!!. I don't even care that I look better, that's just an added bonus. I can't believe how much better I feel all the time. I'm excited to see what the next 6 months bring, and then into the future. I truely believe that this is something that I will be doing for the rest of my life. Hopefully a long and healthy one too. Thanks MFP, I couldn't do this without you.
Now for the pictures.
These first three were taken last summer.

Would still like to lose 30 lbs around the middle. I've started lifting heavier at the gym though so the weight loss has slowed as I'm adding more muscle mass.
