I don't know about you all but I don't like eating dinner late in the evening. Today I left work at 5:30, then the gym, then the grocery store, finally home to make dinner. But dinner wasn't finished until 8 pm! I feel like when I eat this late it stays with me all night long... :noway: . I much prefer to have all food consumed by 7 pm for the entire day. Oh well, guess ya do what ya gotta do. I did make it to the gym so pat on the back for that! (I should mention that I'm living in England... so my time zone is ahead of the US  )

Feel better soon debnu1! Take it easy in the mean time.

sanifrey I just purchased the 30 day shred DVD... it's being shipped currently. How do you like it? Everything I've read online says its a tough workout but very good... gets results.

Taradise I love 30 day shred - it's my "old Standby" when time is crunched - it's a fantastic workout! We seem to typically eat late too - just so much "life happening"

Peter - let us know what you think of P90X....my squats are about a 5 minute session - not sure how many but probably about 40 pound weights is all - it's a lot of reps and from everything I've read for what I want to accomplish on being tone and fit - that's the way to get there.

Sanifrey - I am impressed - i've never done more than 1 level of the shred at a time.

Ran almost 4 miles at lunch - BEAUTIFUL day! low 70s with a breeze - leaves are changing - WOW!

Taradise - I really do enjoy the 30 day shred. It is tough though! I find Jillian very encouraging throughout! She talks alot about getting in those last reps & doing it well. I think that you'll enjoy it! I've never gotten to level 3 though! I've gotta give it a try one of these days!! LOL!! It's not one that I do everyday, but it's nice to pull it out once in a while when I don't have alot of time & want to mix things up!

Chrissy, why thanks for the compliments! It was tough! I've set a goal this week to burn 500 calories a day & needed to get another 100 or so to put me up & over! Not something I plan on doing again anytime soon! LOL!! Great job on the lunch run!! I'll have to check to see where you live - I'd love to see 70's!

Have a great night blue team! :flowerforyou:

Well so much for such a beautiful day yesteday - heavy rain today....I'll take it after the past few days we had!

I have done level 3 - try it - it's really no worse to me than level 2 - what I really like about it is the fact that she does show the "easier" version when you're first starting - more jumping in level 3.

Okay, so I moved into my apartment at the end of August. I've been getting things for my place, slowly every 2 weeks when I get paid. The last thing I wanted to get was a scale. But, last night I decided if I am going to fully commit to bettering myself, I would have to buy a scale. I went to Meijer and bought a scale for $7.99, took it to the bakery aisle and weighed a bad of sugar on it to make sure it was 5 lbs.
It was, so I know the scale is accurate. I waited until this morning to weigh myself so I could get a more accurate weight. I was not expecting the number that came up and am quite disgusted with myself. I am back up to 280 lbs. I am 6 lbs away from my starting weight in 2007.
I had lost 40 lbs on Medical Weight Loss back in 2007. I got down to 246 lbs . Somewhere in the past 2 years I have gained almost all of it back. :noway:
So, today, I pledge to myself, and my Beautiful Blue Team, that I am committed to getting healthy and getting my weight under control. :drinker:

Here we are talking cleaning again!!!!!
It should be a requirement of marriage and/or kids that you have a mandatory housekeeper! Yep - new Chrissy Law for today!!

I like that a lot, maybe I will tell my husband that Chrissy's law is to have a housekeeper and see what he says. I have been tempted to have someone come clean my house, especially with how bad it has gotten over the weekend. Being sick and cleaning don't work too well together.

So what did everyone think of the biggest loser last night. I so wanted Tracey to get voted off. What were they thinking??:noway: :grumble:  My husband thinks that the producers or staff pushed the players into changing plan--what is your perspective??

I agree, I wanted crazy Tracy gone!! But I was happy to see how well Coach Mo was doing & how he was really doing so much for those kids. He seemed really happy to be making such a difference in their lives. I think that's what he's good at & what he loves. He just didn't seem happy on the ranch. He had the stress of carrying his team (Tracy) the whole time! Love the show & can't wait for next week!!

Well it's weigh in day and no change for me. That's actually quite amazing considering my lack of exercise, logging, and the fact that I went out for dinner and drinks at least 3 times over the week.

I think Tracey truely is crazy!! Just her eyes make her seem whacky!! My husband can't even stand to look at her! (Which actually means he is watching with me, that is a first time ever--he would make fun of the show before) I thought it was funny how Coach Mo was hinting that she had magical powers--maybe she really is a witch. That would explain a lot!! I am also glad that He is doing so well. I think my most favorite part of the show is to see the update and how good they look as they are home.

I am working on the chart but I only have 7 weights so far. So the question is do I wait for the weights, or do we just go ahead and start the new thread without them? It doesn't matter--I just know that I won't update the chart until next week. I am a bit of a procrastinator.

Good news is I feel better today and my daughter actually went back to school. Hopefully I have not sent her back too soon!

    Have a great day everyone!:flowerforyou:

You know I hated Tracey BUT I cannot say that if I was there that I wouldn't be "playing" the game - afterall if you win - look at the prize 1/4 million....I do think that producers help with encouraging so that there's that AARRGGH for the viewers each week and they want to keep coming back to see what else could possibly happen! But bottom line - she's playing the game....like a pro at this point. I don't want her to win....I like Abby for all her tribulations in life, Shay - is working hard....16 pounds rocked last night....ok I could keep going I kind of like them all at this point for different reasons....even Tracy for her determination....sometimes I could use more of it.

I love that Coach Mo seems to happy doing what he does and seems to be impacting him in his health and the kids he's working with.

hehehehe, I don't want to be a *kitten* distruber.
But if you ask most men, they already have a mandatory housekeeper. :glasses:

But I do agree, every now and then it can be a nice treat to pay someone else to come in and give a place a good cleaning.

I agree, coach Mo wasn't ready for this atmosphere at the ranch, especially the game playing. He was also in pain doing most of the exercises, and he had a crazy.. ok LUNATIC partner.

Wasn't it him who said.. "I didn't even know there was a prize at the end of this"? I found that TOTALLY shocking whoever said it.

Tracey should have went, but when it comes down to it. I think it's all about respect!!
If Coach Mo wants to go home, he's had enough. Give him the respect for his request and send him home.

I was so proud of Shay last night 16 lbs. I hope to see that woman go far and lose alot.

There were quote a few milestones for some people last night.
Daniel almost lowest weight since he can remember.
One female it was same weight since she was 14.
