Hi, my name is Phyllis, but my MFP buddies know me as PhiliciousCurves! The first part, Philicious is a name that one of my older sister would throw at me from time to time. Her name is Sandra; her nickname is DeeLee and I started referring to her as "DeeLicious San", so she threw me "Philicious Phil." It sort of rolls off the tongue, right?

As for "Curves" believe it or not, when I was signing up for MFP, the name "Philicious" was taken. Could you believe there was someone else with that name! Anyway, as I sat at my desk trying to come up with an original name, my Blackberry Curve started to ring, so I thought curves? Hmm....I'm curvy, and there you have it PhiliciousCurves!

There are names like placebomonkey, Blackhawkgirl, day7501, some raunchy names, crafty_*****, fckthisweight, some motivational names, Believe1213, staystrong, Motivated1667, and a few names with only letters, ughhh, trhjrh06, and tbrp. So, I'm wondering what prompted your name?

Wasn't trying to be cleaver. Monica was taken. Anything with "mom" seemed to be taken so I combined "mom" with my most recent name "nana". So you can call me MOM or NANA

GW - my initials. Duker is a nickname I got in the service because I like C & W music and wore boots and hat. Started out being called John Wayne, then The Duker, and finally Duker.

Originally, I was using a name that my school website gave to me, but I decided I give out too much personal info. I let an MFP friend pick out my current username (I was already kind of identified with the husky pic).
