    Count me in! I've been doing more squats and lunges and have noticed a difference, in just 2 weeks.

    DONE!
    Thank God I drank a lot of water today so I was able to knock them out with each bathroom trip.
    Gonna do some barbell squats later when I do my actual workout.

    Done! This was my second week and I did 160. I know I will be feeling these for the next few days. But it felt great.

    i've got dodgy knee caps(dislocated both of them), so i find squats and lunges really difficult.
    I worried i'll dislocate them again. so i've only done 10 squats and 10 lunges....oh well its better then nothing.

    HIGHFIVES to everyone who joined, tried or succeeded so far!

    I've done 160 so far, will get 10-20 more in before bed (bathroom breaks are the perfect time to fit a set in!)
