    So funny! I was just looking at some desk exercises. I should just get some free weights and make it happen. Bicep curls, tricep exten, tricep drips off the chair, calf raises. Something is better than nothing. I sit by a bunch of women who have been at my job for a while and it shows.

    Obviously you don't use a shake weight and a thighmaster at your desk.

    I use the shake weight under my desk.
