There's nothing I *cant* give up, but there's certainly a few foods that I wish were lower in fat/sugar/carbs
I love banana bread, cupcakes and a skinny latte.
The (3) staple foods I *dont* go without are boiled egg whites, sashimi, and protein shakes with a shot of coffee in them (Ok, that's kinda 4).

Chocolate, cheese and bread. Since it's only 3, I guess I would have to give up my coffee. :sad:0
