Morning tea... (I wouldn't give it up for anything, even if I weighed 1500 lbs)
Scrambled eggs, with a bit of *real* butter and salt
Tuna subs from Subway.... with green olives.
Your Subway has GREEN Olives? I've only seen black ones. =(
Pasta! That is all. lol
My local Subway ***used to*** have green olives until recently and then suddenly they didn't. The alleged reason was some B.S. about green olives being too high in sodium to constitute a "healthy" choice! DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT! What about vitamin E and monounsaturated fats and the anti-inflammatory benefits of a Mediterranean diet?!!! ...(for people who don't have elevated blood pressure, of course). Ok, I'm done ranting now.
It's nice to meet a fellow green-olive-lover. And screw Subway... put them on at home.0 -

Steak, cheesecake, and wine...also ranch, but its not really a staple so not sure if it counts.0

Coffee, coffee, coffee. With one good cup of coffee in the morning I could live the rest of my life on flavorless nutritional paste from a crappy low end space ship from some post-apocalyptic future.0

frozen yogurt
salmon

I don't give up anything completely. If I feel like pizza as I did tonight I have it, I do however stay in my calorie limit, and eat better the next day. I try to eat good 90 percent of the time. I am extremely strict with the foods I buy for home, so if there is something extra it isn't readily available.0

^^ haha this. But to name the top 3 I would say my morning cup of cafe con leche (Puerto Rican espresso, boiled milk, and real sugar), drinking (in moderation but every now and then I do love to indulge in wine or alcoholic beverages of some sort...mmm beer) and ice cream. I do my best to work everything into my daily calorie goal..I refuse to sacrifice any foods I like I just try to make better choices, eat within moderation, and exercise. I've lost 88lbs in about 6 months so I must be doing something right!0 -
