Morning tea... (I wouldn't give it up for anything, even if I weighed 1500 lbs)

Scrambled eggs, with a bit of *real* butter and salt

Tuna subs from Subway.... with green olives.

Your Subway has GREEN Olives? I've only seen black ones. =(

    Pasta! That is all. lol

My local Subway ***used to*** have green olives until recently and then suddenly they didn't. The alleged reason was some B.S. about green olives being too high in sodium to constitute a "healthy" choice! DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT! What about vitamin E and monounsaturated fats and the anti-inflammatory benefits of a Mediterranean diet?!!! ...(for people who don't have elevated blood pressure, of course). Ok, I'm done ranting now.

It's nice to meet a fellow green-olive-lover. And screw Subway... put them on at home.

Coffee, coffee, coffee. With one good cup of coffee in the morning I could live the rest of my life on flavorless nutritional paste from a crappy low end space ship from some post-apocalyptic future.

I don't give up anything completely. If I feel like pizza as I did tonight I have it, I do however stay in my calorie limit, and eat better the next day. I try to eat good 90 percent of the time. I am extremely strict with the foods I buy for home, so if there is something extra it isn't readily available.

Chocolate, avocado and sushi. Don't have the money to have much of any of them. All best taken in moderation.
