Okay. I am going to try again. I am 5'10" My highest weight, 2010, was 530 pounds. March 2011 I was 498 pounds. Today I am 274 pounds.

This was taken on Sunday 8/12/12

I'm not tall - only 5 foot 6 - but I think I have quite a large frame - big shoulders, muscular calves and wide hips.

Here's a mix of some recent photos and one from Summer last year after i'd had my 2nd baby. I was probably about 220lbs then and now i'm 174lbs and a UK size 14 (US 10) but can get onto some US 8s.

I don't know if I should show these or not since I'm back up 15 lbs, but I lost 28 last year and here's the difference.

I'm 5'11. I actually started at 196 but didn't take a picture right to start.

Wow! I thought you looked great in your bikini before... but then I saw your after pics and you really look fabulous!! That is how a bikini is supposed to fit and it encourages me all the more!! Thanks for sharing!

I've never posted pics on here before, I have lost about 30lbs since January. I struggled a bit through winter, I live in the Southern Hemisphere, but now thats its warm again I seem to have regained all my motivation to lose the last 5-6kg's. I'm 5'8 and seem to fall into the large frame categories. I dont really have any friends on here, so feel free to send me a request if you think we could help each other.

I didnt see if anyone helped you out...but I JUST had the same problem on another thread...someone told me that you have to change the IMG to lowercase and it will work...it did for me!! hope this helps! :-)

I am in love with this thread.

I'm 5'10" and even when I was incredibly fit in high school, there's just no way I could wear pants smaller than size 12. My hip bones are too big. But I miss being "flat" when I turn sideways. I'm hoping to get that back.

When I was very fit in grad school, I weighed about 175, which current BMI charts classify as just a smidge into the "overweight" category. I'm aiming for somewhere between 170 and 180.

My wrist is 6.75".

Looking for supportive and healthy friends, so please add me if you like.
