    Had my shoes on, my helmet on, my ipod and my Strava looking for my GPS. Then my 3 year old NEEDED me to snuggle. Now he's ready for bed and it's dark outside. Oh Well, tomorrow is Saturday and I should be able to get a good ride in.

    I m doing 8 miles four days a week, just started in July. Shooting for 10 miles a day 5 days a week to hit 200 mile a month. Hopefully my new tires will help!

    I'm a newb and I have no idea what to do or if there are schedules I can follow to get better. Today I rode my bike 10.6 miles and burned 900 cals by the time I got home :) I had a HRM on.

    That is awesome. As far as this thread goes, we just post whatever we're doing. There is no real format to it here, I'm not organized enough to make it any more official looking.:blushing:

    I did a little over 200 miles in July with my longest ride being 40 miles. I'm going to shoot for 300 miles overall and a single 50 mile ride this month. Just started training for a 100 mile Tour de Cure next April.
