Shopping is funny. If I have a plan and a list, I often can rack up lots of steps. But if shopping is more browsing or social, I think I have lots of smaller "shuffling" steps that do not seem to get counted.0 -
Does anyone use a watch pedometer? I have a clip-on pedometer now and really don't like it - it doesn't always seem to track my steps unless its directly on my skin. I was looking into the Tech4o Accelerator watch - does anyone use this?
Thanks in advance for any tips/suggestions!
I have not used a watch one.
I have the New balance via slim. It is small and works well just clipped on to my pants or skirt. It does not need to be in contact with my skin. It is supposed to work in a pocket too.
The $5 sportline ones from Walmart seem to work well too.0 -
