    You have lots of days well over 10,000. And vacations are often tougher for tracking steps and or even getting many steps in. Driving 16 hours it amazing you got as many steps in as you did!

    Using a Fitbit and loving it!

    18 - 12,404 First day of attempting to meet new goal of 13,000 steps, and already I failed! However, it could have been much worse; as of 8PM I had about 800 steps (yucky weather day) and was feeling pretty useless, so I went to the gym and stayed there 'till I reached 12,000.
    19 - 13,008 Another poor day that I attempted to salvage by lots of late night running after I put the kids to bed.
    20 - 15,161 Gym, long walk home from gym, errands, playing baseball with my son for 1.5 hours. Feet are sore.

    Goal: Didn't start out with one; generally, it's a minimum of 10,000 per day, but that got messed up a bit with all the travel and the funk I was in for a few days. Hopefully I'm back on track again.

    These numbers are all over the map! I think I'll aim for more consistency for the remaining days of this month…

    New goals (as of Aug. 18):
    400,000 steps for August.
    Daily minimum for remaining days: 13,000 steps (but this won't get me to 400,000, so I actually need to average a little more…).
    We'll see how that goes!
