Right now between 1200-1500. It'll go up when we're not sharing weather with Hell.

2100 is my current goal. In a few weeks, I'll change it to 2500 on weight training days, 2100 on remaining days.

2500-3000 currently, 5'8" female. Work out 6 days per week and have a physical job and walk every day too. By BMR is supposedly 1700 and I burn 3000-3300 calories per day on average (that's measured with a Body Media Fit Armband, 95% accuracy).

I was eating around 1800 and that was definitely not enough, and I was not losing, in fact, the scale wasn't budging at all, either way. I increased the calories and it started moving again in the up-down seesaw effect of losing that I am used to. I am still struggling to eat enough though...

Varying between 1600 and 2800 right now, lol.
2800 if I have exercised and eat back my exercise calories, 1600 when I just don't feel like eating much.

1200-300 on non-workout days and around 1500 on workout days. The Goal MFP set for me is 1610 but I think that's too high.

nice to see a few other 3k+ people here, i didn't know we had that many of us :noway: i am and have been eating everything all day long and somehow end up with around 3300 every day, not sure how it works out like that but every day last week i didn't care what calories i took in,i just ate and logged it, every day was 3300something exept one day i had 3500something, i feel much better than when i ate 1200 calories a day and i'm not gaining weight! :noway: hope you other people can realize you can eat more and lose some day soon,it's helpful and easy

    2630.

Been figuring out how to build muscle and burn fat, but I decided to bulk and cut to see how it goes. Currently lifting. My TDEE at my age, height and weight is only like 1870. I don't weigh a lot, so I need to put on the weight lol.

I've already forgotten my net because I make sure to exercise enough that I get at least 1500 calories minimum per day (BMR is estimated at 1350). Usually, I eat a total of 1500-1800 a day.

1900 - 2200 depending if it's an exercise day or a rest day.

If you want to look a bit more into it I really like this Calculator -

I'm set at 1500 (25/45/30) but I'll eat as much as 1700 on strength training days and not feel guilty. I don't eat back excercise calories. Had things set differently and my weight loss stalled. At these settings, the scale is moving slow and steady.

If your body is telling you it's hungry, you have to listen.
