1200ish usually... today like 1800 cuz I burned like 1300 LOL0
-
1600, which is about 25-30% below my TDEE.0
-
Net? 1970/2100.0
-
It's set at 2280, but I usually exercise around 800-1,000 cals, leaving me around 1200 net.0
-
I've bumped up my net calorie goal to 1350 per day0

2500-3500 a day depending how hungry I am. (still losing 1lb per week)
I would up your cals as you will find it hard to stick to this if your always starving!0 -
Around 2300-2600 daily, mostly clean eating. 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat.
Once a week, like today, I go to about 4000 - 4500 calories whatever the hell I want.0 -
You seem to have a nice body in your pics, I eat usually about 2650-3400 cals in a day if I work out, try to keep it at 2300 or below if I don't. If you build yourself a metabolic machine, building strength in your large muscle groups, (legs/chest/back) you need more energy to maintain thereby increasing your resting metabolic rate (amount of cals you burn with little or no exercise). Sometimes you have to put on a few lbs of muscle to get yourself into the position where you can be fit and healthy.0

I'm 47, female and my BMR is 1333.
I aim for about 1500 a day, regardless of whether I work out or not.0 -
Eating based on a cut off my TDEE, so sub 1700 daily. Average is about 1650 or so. Occasionally go about sub 1900 if I have a high cal burn on cardio.0

I eat 200 on non work out days, and 2300 on work out days! nom nom nom!!
i meant 2000, not 2000 -
I seem to be cutting bodyfat nicely on 3000cal/day (whether I exercise or not). I'm sure I'll need to lower it a bit though eventually.
My calories come in the form of 150g of protein or more, and the rest don't much matter to me. I'm probably going to take a better handle on fat soon (not getting enough), which will automatically lower my carbs some.0 -
I aim for about 1500. At that number, I can eat without feeling hungry or deprived and still lose.0
-
I eat 2000 everyday and burn about 2600 a day per my fitbit.....losing and loving the fact that I don't have to starve in order to do it.0

1200-1400 avg.0

I was like "HOLY CRAP!" lol. I'm glad you don't eat 200.
This week I'm eating 2,000. I went through a bad undereating phase recently and I'm boosting my metabolism.
After this week I'm going to go down to 1700 a day.
I'm 5'1" and I workout 3-6 days a week.0 -
I eat 1400, but on workout days probably closer to 2000 since I eat back my workout calories. My focus recently has been more on upping my protein and lowering my carbs, which has REALLY helped me not feel hungry as often. I'll most likely be upping this in the next few weeks as my workout plan will be changing0

1200 calories to start and I add accordingly depending on how hard I worked out that day.0
-
MFP programmed mine at 1730 and I usually eat just about that every day. I do not eat back my exercise calories. I usually only burn 220-300 so it' doesn't make that big of a difference. On days where I burn a lot more than that, I might eat a little extra to compensate.0

I started out at 1200 but felt hungry and sluggish. After reading some forums I bumped it up to 1450 (my BMR is 1496) but now I'm not losing. I don't eat back exercise calories. Thinking of dropping back down to 1200 :sad:0
