    I'd love to do this. Does anyone have a fitness calorie counter where it shows lots of diffenent types of exercise and the calories you have burned. At the moment I am exercising but don't have a clue how many Im burning

    Use the tool on MFP. It's a pretty good estimate if you don't have a heart monitor.

    wed Bicycling 16mi about 100 min i didnt time it but 100 min at under 10mph was less calories than 10-12mph at 75min Unfortunately I didn't feel like I got a workout but it was nice to ride with friends 558cal
