I did some cardio too, just not a crazy amount. Now I am down to 15-20 min at 3mph 2 times per week. For my next cut I may try to keep it to that. Well I mean that plus the cardio from squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, power cleans (plenty there) chinups, and dips.0 -
