hello im new to the challenge i will try for 70 miles but how do you get the ticker?? anyone help please :bigsmile:
actually i will go for 130 as i normally do about 30 miles a week!!0 -
8-1 6 miles bike
8-2 30.4 miles bike
8-3 1 mile swim
8-4 8 miles run/walk intervals. flat.
Total to date 45.40 -

I took yesterday as a rest day, it's been awhile since I've done that but I was on my feet ALL day working the annual Crazy Days sale both Thursday & Friday at our local sporting goods store (did not even stop for a lunch break)! Should have had a pedometer on but when I use to work for them full time and would wear one I'd easily do 5 miles a day! But I did get up at 5 a.m. and get some miles in on Thursday before being on my feet all day!! Good job EVERYONE!!
