Got my ticker
EDIT: But i have no idea how to post it...Help anyone???
Use the first one and copy and paste the whole thing from the box the box. They give you 3 versions to be used on different types of websites, the first one should work on here... I think that's the one I used... I had some trouble when I first did it too0 -

I will do 50 km cycling and 50 km on cross trainer. I have reduced my target from July because I could not achieve it in July. I am more realistic this month and may be will improve on it in the next month:)0

I'm in again for my seventh consecutive month :happy:
I'm lowering my goal to 80 miles this month for a couple of reasons:
a) I'm building more strength training into my routine in the form of kettlercise so won't have as much time for walking and
b) I think I've overdone it a bit over the last week or so and am suffering with bad achilles tendonitis right now :frown:

For the ticker go to www.tickerfactory.com to create your ticker.
1. After creating the ticker copy the bbcode NOT the html code.
2. Come back to your message in this thread and click edit.
3. Paste your ticker after your initial message.
