Couple of pounds had crept back on but i did an intermittent fast (or thought I did - what I fondly imagined was a 600 cal day came out at over 1000! but I tend to over-estimate things so perhaps not all that bad) and they fell off overnight.
Less thrilled with the fact that my waist and hips are not going down AT ALL! And I do exercise. My clothes feel looser, though. Don't understand it.0 -
