    I'd like to do this; i've lost about 10lbs in the last 6 weeks but have stalled a bit - this could be the incentive I need to get back on track. :)

    Aloha! Sorry, I was already at work (not getting naked here) when I realized that it was the 1st yesterday. I weigh myself in the morning before I get dressed to eliminate clothing variable.
