On days I work out, I try to drink 12-14 cups. On days I don't work out, I strive for 8.0

I have a bottle of water that holds about 2.5 cups. I fill that up 3 times during my work day, once at the gym, and then have a few more glasses between dinner and bedtime.
I have no idea how much that is, lol.0 -
About 48-60 oz per day. Water is all I drink - I guess I'm not a very thirsty person!0

Minimum of 120oz (one cup short of a gallon) up to 176oz0

I love using the 20oz bottle. I try to drink a gallon of water a day (not including coffee). Sometimes I miss the mark, but I find my body sceaming for water when I don't stay on schedule.....0

average around 200oz a day.0

For people who drink 150+ why do you drink that much? Of course drinking too little water is a problem but being excessively thirsty can be a sign of problems too.0

I'm not 'thirsty" per say...but I just like to flush my system and drink as much as possible. I also lose alot of water when I work out, so I like to replenish. I've researched water intake and for my weight/height...I'm not going crazy w/ too much water. It all depends on the person I guess... I personally love water, so I drink it.0

I usually lose track because I'm constantly drinking water. I eat plenty during the day, but my weakness is my appetite. If I go without eating for more than 2 hours my appetite kicks in. When that happens, I drink water. Water fills the empty spaces in my stomach long enough for dinner time to roll around.0

64 oz or more a day0

A lot.......besides 3-5 cups of coffee and the occasional glass of tea, it's all I drink. I can put down 2 20oz bottles in less than ten minutes after a nice run.0

On my average workout (a bit over an hour long) I can lose 4lbs or more from sweating; if I don't drink it back, I feel like garbage. I go to the doctor regularly so I know for me personally; it's not some type of disease, It's just how I am. :-)
I also live in south central Texas, where it's normally 100+ for a good chunk of the year. If you don't drink enough, you will dehydrate quickly.0
