WOMEN AGES 50+ FOR AUGUST 2012

I'm not sure I'm posting right but for women ages 50+ I have a question - I've been on my weight loss journey for a year now. I'm at a good weight and I use my lunch hour to work out. I started off walking and then got into jogging. I've done a couple of 5K's and I ran a half marathon in March. I've realized with my weight loss my arms, stomach and thighs have been neglected. Flabby big time so now I'm concentrating on strength training. I am wondering if any of you 50 and over have the same issue and if I keep up with doing exercises that I will tone. I've not been running as much because I want to get tone. Any suggestions?0
