    ok, when I first saw the pic, I thought "How in the heck can someone eat all that!", I mean c'mon, 8 slices of bread? Then when I saw you made it into 4 sandwiches, I was pretty relieved. More economical that way.

    I like to eat Nutella on everything. Including deli meat and doritos. I would try the sammy minus the pickles. "It'll all turn into mush in your tummy anyways." (that's what my mom used to say.)

    My favorite sandwich is tuna fish on toasted wheat bread with slice avocado and bean sprouts. But every one has their "poison", so to speak. :)))))))))))))

    My husband said he'll eat it if I make it for him.
    He loves cottage cheese, peanut butter and pickles but I doubt he ever ate it at the same time.
    If I make him one I'll give you a feedback!

    (I cannot stand cottage cheese otherwise I would have a bite)

    I don't care for peanut butter and I hate cottage cheese and sweet pickles. I wonder if the three together would cancel each other out and make a blend that's a new flavor... or if I would have to substitute. Maybe almond butter, ricotta cheese and dill pickles. Could do that. I think the ricotta would blend better with the nut butter than the cottage cheese chunks.
