    my problem with protein is I really don't like meat and I havent really tried Tofu yet, which is next on my list
    Greek yogurt has a lot of protein (just watch out for the sugar on some of the flavored ones). Nuts and nut butters are also easy sources of protein. And if you really have a hard time, you can always go for a protein powder/shake.

    It's nothing serious. Just snack more. And when you eat your main meals just eat a extra serving size of a side item! :)
