    Honey Nut Cheerios or one of the Kashi cereals that has the almonds... vanilla something. I can't remember without the box in front of me. I don't do cereal very often. The sugar in cereal and milk kill me, even if I use Lactose free milk.

    I hardly ever eat cereal, but if I do, I have the Kashi cinnamon kind or Honey bunches of oats. yum

    Grapenuts or Frosted Shredded Wheat.... they satisfy when I want something crunchy, But honestly I rarely eat it for breakfast. I love to have cereal as an easy dinner on the weekend when I don't feel like cooking.

    Corn Flakes (not frosted) or Cheerios with Almond Milk. Sometimes Special K Vanilla Almond. I'm aware of the sugar but I don't mind since it's only once in a while.

    steel cut oats - since they take 25 min to cook, I cook up several servings at a time - they are alot less processed than rolled oats so get alot more fiber

    Almost always have Special K, whether it's plain, forest berries or the almond one :P yum! Especially good with yoghurt, I have it with unsweetened natural yoghurt
