I am 5'7'' and 169 at this point. I used to want to be 150, but I realized that the Physique I end up with is more important than the number on the scale. Aiming more for lowering my body fat % than the number on the scale.0

5'8 and currently aiming for top of healthy weight range (74kg / 163lb)
I would love to get to 69kg / 152lb to be in the 60sBut I will play it by ear, as I have never been a healthy weight in my life, and I don't know what size would suit my frame.

5'8, i'm aiming for 170, size 11. Anything lower than that, i'd have to stop eating or barely eat. I know, been there, last time I was under 170, I had the flu and then 4 teeth pulled out so barely ate and I got to 165.0

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 135. It's what I was when I graduated high school and I know I'll feel more confident at 135.0

I'd like to get down to 154, that way I am under the normal rating by about 2 or so points so that if i gain 5 pounds randomly I will still be in the normal zone
after that I will re-assess if I want to lose more.

goal weight about 130 but it's more about how I feel and look vs the scale so as the weight keeps dropping I will see and re-adjust my goal.0 -
I'm 5'7" and a half, my goal weight is probably 150.
When I was 150, I looked "healthy." My ultimate goal weight would be 130, but I think at 150 my face already looked kinda gaunt so I dunno.0 -
I'm somewhere in between 5'7" and 5'8" (depends on how downtrodden of a day I have in the lab). I am currently aiming for 185 (my pre-college weight). Ultimately, I want to get back down to 150 (high school weight)... But, as with many people, I will have to play it by ear. I have a large frame, so anything smaller than 175-185 might appear sickly (but, I doubt it).
I was 150 (size 14/16) doing 4-5 hours of dance and 12-15 hours of band per week. Doubt I would ever be able to get back down to that level of activity.0 -
