And then a HM on Nov 11
And I'm also on the cross-country team, so about four or so races in for that0 -
The first time i heard that question at a running store i didn't make eye contact with anyone as it felt so foreign and felt like a scared little girl just getting running shoes to "walk"...
Now i proudly can answer... "ah a few... a tough mudder in October, a 5k benefit for my aunt in Nov (was actually going for a record in age group until injury), a Run the Bridge 10k, and then off to get my time down for a half marathon in March.. and whatever falls in between"
oh my, how less than a year took me to the first 5k that created a monster out of that scared little shoe buyer (I never predicted I'd be running through electric wires in a TM that's for sure)
I wish everyone the best of luck in all their races :-)0 -

A half marathon trail run in November! Very excited and nervous since this is my first half marathon!0

I've got some friends running in that, it shouldn't be too bad in September. If you like running in the cold watch the Running Room's website, they have a race called the Hypothermic Half in January - it's a riot!0
-
Savannah Rock N Roll Half November 3. Possibly the Kiawah Island Half in December, as well.
Skip Savannah, run Kiawah! Kiawah is gorgeous, Savannah is better as a half than a full but still meh0 -

I've done two 5Ks and two run/walk 10Ks so far in the last two months. I'll do a 9K in September. I'm training for the Nike Women's Half Marathon on October 14 (for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of my cousin, and in honor of several friends who are survivors). I'll be run/walking it because I find that much more fun than straight running (I also like that it provides some cardiac interval training).0

Though I'm only "training" for the full. I'm always trained up to run a half. The other races fall in line with my goals - 25K and 30K are more or less training runs that are hilly.0 -
Susan G. Komen 5K in Charlotte, NC...October 6th. Planning to run as part of Carolina Panthers Running Back, DeAngelo Williams' Warriors. I've been wanting to do this for several years now, but this is the first time I've been at a fitness level that makes it do-able.0

Disneyland half marathon and the nike women's marathon0
-
Tough Mudder on September 9, if I live a half marathon in November.0

I try to run a 5k about every other week. I dislike running, and dislike training runs even more, so I train for those races as little as possible....lol. My time shows, too.
I do train for cycling though, and actually enjoy that. I have a Livestrong Challenge coming up in November0 -
Tough Mudder - Wisconsin - September 8, 2012 (second year)0

End of the World Marathon on 12/21/12 baby! Might even get adventurous and go for the Day After the End of the World Marathon on 12/22/12. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Blue isn't my color :-P0
