I've got some friends running in that, it shouldn't be too bad in September. If you like running in the cold watch the Running Room's website, they have a race called the Hypothermic Half in January - it's a riot!
Hypothermic Half I wish!! Down here in Texas we have the Hottest Half run in 90-100 degree heat, now that's a challenge

Savannah Rock N Roll Half November 3. Possibly the Kiawah Island Half in December, as well.

Skip Savannah, run Kiawah! Kiawah is gorgeous, Savannah is better as a half than a full but still meh :)

    Fairfield Sprint Triathlon - October 21, 2012
    Houston Half Marthon - January 13, 2013

I'm sure the Thanksgiving 10K Turkey Trot will factor in there too since I've done it the past two years.

I've done two 5Ks and two run/walk 10Ks so far in the last two months. I'll do a 9K in September. I'm training for the Nike Women's Half Marathon on October 14 (for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of my cousin, and in honor of several friends who are survivors). I'll be run/walking it because I find that much more fun than straight running (I also like that it provides some cardiac interval training).

Though I'm only "training" for the full. I'm always trained up to run a half. The other races fall in line with my goals - 25K and 30K are more or less training runs that are hilly.

Susan G. Komen 5K in Charlotte, NC...October 6th. Planning to run as part of Carolina Panthers Running Back, DeAngelo Williams' Warriors. I've been wanting to do this for several years now, but this is the first time I've been at a fitness level that makes it do-able.

I try to run a 5k about every other week. I dislike running, and dislike training runs even more, so I train for those races as little as possible....lol. My time shows, too.

I do train for cycling though, and actually enjoy that. I have a Livestrong Challenge coming up in November

End of the World Marathon on 12/21/12 baby! Might even get adventurous and go for the Day After the End of the World Marathon on 12/22/12. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Blue isn't my color :-P

I'm signed up for a 10K in September, a Half in October and a 15K in November. I'm currently training for my first marathon in November, but I haven't registered for it yet.
