    Smile, height, weight, fitness, eyes, clothes, personality, intelligence, humor, etc. The first thing is face/physique, that's what piques my interest. Next are the clothes, white-collar vs blue collar or style if its casual. Third would be what he's saying or doing. If I'm still looking at this point then, I'll probably say hi and introduce myself.

    i don't think its shallow to say what the first thing you notice is....when i first notice a man i am drawn to his eyes and his smile...then i work my way down...lol...notice his arms and chest...see now the latter comment...that was shallow.
