    Being a mom is a HUGE blessing and a lot of work! But it's up to us to stay healthy and workout for ourselves and our kids! Our kids learn from us and as we workout and eat right, they will follow suit!! My son is 14 and just started high school football. WE WORK OUT TOGETHER TOO! One of the greatest gifts I could give him is to know how to take care of himself! He is the greatest son and I am a lucky MaMa! I tape up pictures of exercises to my bedroom mirror to help me stay movitated!! Never Stop!!

    Hi All! I'm new to mfp...Hopefully it will help keep me on track! I have done Jillian's workouts before, but not recently..right now, I'm concentrating on running/walking.

    I am also doing 30 Day Shred. I've started it multiple times, but I am determined to complete the full 30 days.
