Don't be calling that "junk". ;P0 -
It depends on who you ask. I eat chips and salsa as a healthy snack, but an awful lot of people on MFP seem to think it's bad.
I also sometimes eat low cal frozen treats.
Chips an salsa is mine also. I usually get it at work to prevent me from getting a worse choice food such as nachos or big ol burger (I work in a bar). The chips and salsa are the healthiest choice short of bringing my own food and are so yummy0 -

A healthier option to the chips- Wasa rosemary crispbread. It's only 70 calories for two slices (think the size of a graham cracker sheet). It's soooo yummy with salsa, without the chips calories
Lower calories doesn't make it heatlhier.
Excuse me for not going into excruciating detail. Less fat, less saturated fat, less cholesterol, less calories. To me, that equates to healthier. But that's just me....0 -
Fiber one brownies....only 90 calories. Top with a spoonful of fat free cool whip...yummmm
LOVE these too! I have the peanut butter chocolate kind. mmmmm.
And PB2 is also AMAZING. I like to mix the chocolate kind into my protein shakes each morning. Chocolate peanut butter shake for breakfast- nothin better.
Chocolate PB2 mixed with Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate Protein powder.
how do you make those chocolate peanut butter shakes?0 -
Just discovered Artic Zone ice cream! Yum0

I have 2: I save a bunch of calories by using salsa instead of veggie dip/salad dressing with fre4sh veggies or salad
But my "healthy weakness" has got to be those Baked Veggie Straws (they also make them in veggie chips, but I prefer the straws)
Has anyone else heard of these? I love them! (and so does my 1 year old). I was buying them fgrom Walmart/Sam's Club...but then I found another brand at the Dollar Tree! They totally help with my potato chip craving - I eat them plain or dipped in salsa....YUMMY!0 -
I love the special K sea salt cracker chips 30 chips for 20 fat calories/110 regular calories. I like to make fresh salsa to use it as a dip for the cracker chips. Its a healthy alternative for those who love chips and salsa. I also love the chili rice thins, which are oven baked, thin and crispy rice crackers seasoned with chili pepper and lightly salted. You can have 30 crackers for 25 fat calories/ 140 regular calories. You can buy both cracker chips at Walmart in the cracker section. These is what I have been using for snacks for the past 2 months and so far I have lost 3 pant sizes (with healthy eating and excercise).0

Yeah, I think you are confusing 'healthy' with 'low calorie'...0

Homemade Black Bean Brownies. It is different than regular brownies, but is satisfies my chocolate craving and I feel like I am getting dessert. IMHO, they taste much better cold and much better after 24 hours. I guess the flavors have time to blend better.0

Flourless chocolate cookies. I cut the sugar in half and add a small bar of spicy chili chocolate and it comes out to be only about 87 calories a cookie (which is great because it's really hard to eat less than two). Other than that, I am practically addicted to smoothies made with a random cup of yogurt and a frozen banana.0

Tall Nonfat Caramel Iced Macchiato from Starbucks! I almost always have to have it and I always fit it into my daily calorie count. Yummmm0

I love the Publix Frozen Yogurt Berry and Granola!!! 120 Calories for 1/2 cup...amazing0

I don't go for the low-cal, low sugar, low fat crap...I just enjoy the sugary/salty/fried stuff in more reasonable quantities. Generally, the thing that makes food unhealthy is the amount of it you consume, not the food itself.0
