Carrot sticks dipped in light vegetable cream cheese. It's like I'm at a party, only without all the inane small talk.

I mix chocolate pb2 and cocoa baking powder to make a creamy chocolate spread. Sometimes I eat it right from the bowl, and sometimes on bread. It is so chocolate-y, it cures the cravings. It's low in fat, carbs and calories but high in yumminess!0

Ben & Jerry's ice cream.0

Fiber One Chewy Oat and Peanut Butter Bar- love love love these!0

i mix together a serving of crunchy peanut butter, some cut up celery, and a half tsp of sugar to sweeten it up. Really I just love eating peanut butter, but adding the celery in makes it seem like i have much more than a measly 2 tablespoons.
+1 to chips and salsa. I get la mexicana salsa. Tastes just like homemade salsa without the time spent dicing up a pound of tomatoes. Good for those who like chunky but not thick salsa.0 -

I have a spoonful (or two) of quality ice cream after dinner, I'm dishing up the kid's so I am not going to pass it up.
Dunno about junk, it's probably got some merit in it.
Having generally avoided "sweet" things all day it caps my nutrition off nicely.0 -
I love Kind & Bear Nakd granola. I'm addicted... I have three bags in the house right now and I'm not sure how long they'll last... I actually have to order them online since we don't have them in stores around here (which is probably a good thing). They're delicious...0

I like to get some nuts in my mouth. Wait, I didn't mean that.

Kind Almond & Coconut bars... SOOOOO good. But high on the calorie/fat side so I can't eat them all the time. Which makes them a real treat!
Luna Honey Peanut Pretzel bars... I eat one daily.
Pop Corners - white cheddar is like eating Smart Food popcorn & they are all natural.0 -
Edy's Fruit Bars. The ones I have right now are 45 cals per serving and perfect and delicious.0

3,2,1 cake topped with 1tbs of raspberry preserves.
Just curious how many calories are in this? I love it but didn't know how to track it.
When I'm craving something sweet, I go for frozen cool whip, fiber one bar, or anything with nutella on it!0 -

this sounds amazing! care to share the recipe please?0 -
It depends on who you ask. I eat chips and salsa as a healthy snack, but an awful lot of people on MFP seem to think it's bad.
A healthier option to the chips- Wasa rosemary crispbread. It's only 70 calories for two slices (think the size of a graham cracker sheet). It's soooo yummy with salsa, without the chips calories
Lower calories doesn't make it heatlhier.
CHIPS AND SALSA are one of my favorite snakcs. Who says they aren't healthy?
Tostitos - Bite Size Rounds, (1 serving is 24 chips - that's a lot!)
1 cup of homegrown and homemade salsa (no salt)
176 calories / 114 sodium / 26 carbs / 242 potassium
Not bad for a "snack" that fills you up and doesn't leave you wanting something else!0
