I'm still pretty new to MFP but this is what I had accomplished before starting. My hope is that MFP will get me to my goal weight.

I notice it like CRAZY! My face, in Feb 2011, had VERY LITTLE definition.

Now I've got a bit of my features back. Looking forward to more.

September 2010 (over 200 lbs, possibly as high as 210...)


Feb 2011, still over 200 lbs


August 2012 flux between 170-178

Ive only just begun so there isnt a huge difference. With just 40 some pounds gone since July 12th I hadda look for a picture. Because I hate pictures of me , it wasnt easy to find something. I pulled one up of me holding my 2 hour old grandson on January 11 of this year, my DL and my current Federal ID card and compared it in a side by side of me looking in the mirror and was shocked.

All 3 prior photos my face was shiny and full, puffy pudgy icky chunky full..........no wrinkles no sun spots just thick and puffy....no bags under my eyes, no smile lines, no crows feet.

In the mirror I see, no pudge, no shiny chunky-ness...no wrinkles, no sun spots, but I do see some under eye "bags" (couldnt be from sleeping 3 hours a night could it?) I swear even the color in my face is lighter, my eyes look brighter even with my proverbial "bedroom eyes". I have all the beginning signs of actually having a NECK!!!! Im impressed at this early date anyway.
