How much has your face changed?

Started Feb 2011 counting calories and walking and hiking.
Pants size was 44 now 34. Shirt was 3-4xl now L to xl.
Also lifting weights about 3 hours a week.
I would like to weight 175 I am 5'11
current weight is 223.

Wow! Amazing! I haven't lost nearly that much weight, but the difference in my face was rather extreme, I thought. Nothing to yours.

I'm still pretty new to MFP but this is what I had accomplished before starting. My hope is that MFP will get me to my goal weight.

You don't even look like the same person. Mine has changed a lot. I have gotten a lot of "wow you have lost some weight" from everyone. Its great to hear. I dont have any pictures though. I just went and got a Costco membership and comparing that picture to my DL or my badge at work and its a major difference.0 -
At my heaviest, on the left - about 260lbs. On the right is my current weight of about 227. I have 45 more pounds to lose.
