    You can't spot reduce. Fat will burn off where every your body decides to burn it. For some, the belly may be the last to go. Do cardio and make sure you are eating right with lots of belly busting foods. Greek yogurt, avacoda, nuts..... and so on. Keep up with the weight training because that muscle development under the love handles will continue to burn the fat at rest. :)
    Please educate me on what an "avacoda" is. I need to find this magical "belly busting" food.

    My thighs have always been the hardest and last place for me to lose fat. My upper body was always first to go to my disappointment.

    This past time I was shocked when the fat comes off my legs first for the first time ever and upper body lost last.
    The only thing I changes with my workouts is I lowered the intensity and did power walking instead of running. MAKES No since to me but changing what I was doing changed where my body burned fat first on the large scale not small. Well that is the only reason I can find because it was the only thinh I changes so are they related? I will never know.

    Studies are what we do to find facts but they don't become them till we do so taking them all as fact till we do is not something I don't do and that was the point.
