    Monday Check-in ... my weight was, indeed, up this morning from my low on 3/29 ... However I have been successful in bringing myself back to an even keel so I feel like the person I am when I like me. That's a good thing. What finally worked to set my mind back level? I looked back over my records and realized that I have an uptick in weight about once a month. I also did an analysis of what I track so I was able to quantify what needed tweaking back in line ... and, as always, it isn't just one thing that that needed tightening up, it was 2 or 3 little things that combined stomped the brake on shedding pounds.

    The EarthDay Weight Challenge expires on 4/22 ... that's a Saturday ... and my weigh-ins occur on Wednesdays ... so I think I'll take that extra few days in the last week and weigh in 4/5, 4/12, 4/19 AND 4/22 ... I can still reach my goal even with this weeks set back.

    I would like to join the challenge late, just so that I feel some accountability to a group. You don't need to count me in your group totals, since I have been missing in action from this group since late November. What day of the week do you post your updates? I thought it was Wednesday last week; is that correct?

    Hi 320syc ... you are welcome to join the challenge ... just start posting like we normally do. The challenge started on a Wednesday, and some people, (myself included) use Wednesday as our weigh-in day ... but it's open to posting from Monday to Sunday.

    I am so happy with this week! I am so close to my goal with 2 more weeks to go.

    Since last week I have been forcig myself to take 10000 steps a day even if it means walking in place around the house for 20min when my client is sleeping. Not the greatest exercise but better than nothing.

    Also, I have challenge myself to walk the many trails of Toronto throughout the summer.

    Smallest loss since starting my weight loss journey in January, but it is still a loss. We have 17 days left to make it to our goals! This has been a great motivator for me, posting my results weekly for everyone to see and sharing everyone's successes (or oops). It helps to know it can be done. BTW congrats @birgitkwood on your great achievement! <3. It also helps to see when someone does have an off week that they are able to overcome it and see what they're doing to change the process around.

    Last week had several social gatherings for lunch / dinner so didn't lose much but at least I did lose a bit. I tried to compensate for all that food with exercise and it paid out ... however I did finish the week exhausted!
