I've always hated running, like you I get really bored even with music. I've always done intense cardio home programs like Insanity and Turbo Fire. But I'm kinda getting bored with that now and I really want to get into running. We recently moved and we have an awesome park and I'm going to try to run a few days a week. I won't make it my only cardio work out though but it'll help mix it up I hope. If you don't like it though, don't do it. There are tons of other cardio work outs out there! But for me I know that it's a bit of a mental block for me, I think if I just keep at it I might actually enjoy it. And if I start seeing results from running I'll really love it!0
