I LIKE MINE ON TOP OF A SALAD BUT ON THE SIDE YOU MIX TUNA MAYO CORN AVOCADO PICKELS AND HARD BOIL EGG AND LIL ONION YUMMY THAT TAST REALLY GOOD!!!0

Lite mayo, lemon juice, ginger and wasabe (all to your taste) is fab. I scoop it up with celery sticks or use a lettuce wrap.0

Here's a recipe that is pretty good.
Tuna Bites
Ingredients
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp herb mix
2 tsps olive oil
1 medium egg
2 cans tuna (5oz can, chunk light in water)
2 oz gouda cheese, shredded
3 tbsps chopped onion
1/2 cup spinach
Directions
1. Sauté the onion in the olive oil with a little bit of the spices and garlic salt, place aside when transparent or soft.
2. In a bowl, place all ingredients (including sautéed onions) with the remainder of the garlic salt and spices. Mix together until all is mixed properly.
4. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat the pan over medium heat on the stovetop.
5. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture in 12 even parts in the pan.
6. Cook for 10 minuteson one side and then flip and press into little discs so they cook evenly, and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until a little brown.
Three patties per serving.

I get the little cans of flavoured tuna (spicy thai chili is my favourite), and eat them on top of some nice greens. My current favorite greens are baby spinach and arugula. Yum! This is my work lunch most days.0

I'm making lemon garlic tuna burgers for dinner tonight! 173 calories per burger. Mine's going on a whole wheat English Muffin with tomato, lettuce and a greek yogurt dill sauce- yum! But you could eat it just like a tuna cake or wrapped in lettuce!0

I usually make a salad (just lettuce, shredded carrots and shredded cheese--I don't do dressing), add a pouch or a 1/2 can of tuna and crush up 4 Ritz crackers on top. It's pretty tasty.0

curry tuna salad!
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1/4 cup of hummus [instead of mayo!]
curry seasoning [yellow - or you could use garam masala]
it's around 220 calories and 30g protein
really delicious with a lettuce leaf wrap.

This might not be quite what you're after, but I eat mine mixed with baked beans.
You can do this with either canned, or homemade baked beans. I normally do the latter of the two as the canned versions can be high in salt! I know baked beans do contain carbs, but they also have a lot of fibre and some protein- so in general a lot better than most carbs!0 -
in a salad!! or eat it like a wrap but dont use bread, use lettuce to wrap it up0

I drain the can and mix with 2 table spoons of fat free cottage cheese with chives in then i stuff the mix into 2 giant mushrooms, i also bake vine cherry tomatos as my side and a corn on the cobb. Totally yummy! But you can mix it up and add whatever u like really.0

I sometimes put lemon juice on my tuna and chop up whatever veggies I happen to have that sound good, put them in it, mix it up and then put it in an avocado half. Of course I usually eat that with a few crackers but you can just eat it with a spoon.0

I eat this salad about 4 times per week: baby spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, can of tuna (drained), a few tablespoons of mayo on the top. Soooooo good!! :-P0

I mix a drained tin of tuna in spring water with a little bit of light mayo. I then put half of this (save the other half for another day) with a chopped tomato and half a chopped avocado on top of a baked sweet potato. Really yummy and only about 300 calories.0
