    I'm up to 95 pound dumbbells on the bench which is my personal best. Not sure how it would translate to barbell press. Goal is to bench my weight at 210 using 105 dumbells. Trying to get to that goal by losing weight and gaining strength.
    that has a good carry over to a barbell bench. Nice job

    Squat 450ish (calculated, can do a set of 6 at 405)
    Deadlift 425 is the most I've actually done, but I did 5x1 there, so I can do more.
    205 on overhead press(and this is a strict press from about my collarbone with no lower body and no arching).
