I'll rephrase the other one...
Doesn have more muscle tone, or working more on your muscle tone help to reduce the affects of a damaged metabolism? I know u said it helps maintainence with will it also help prevent damage?
I don't know about repairing damage. I would think it would help offset any damage that has been done, but I don't know if I believe that the damage is permanant anyways (don't think there is enough research on it)0 -

Thanks for this post. I believe that I am operation in the starvation mode and would like to know how to get out of it.
I am a dieter. I have done the 500 calorie diet using HCG drops, they no longer work for me.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting, great information! I actually posted a question yesterday about this and yes I was def not eating enough and super tired and crashing early afternoon. Eating more as of yesterday and already feeling better.
