Awe thanks to the person that answered some of my question ...
    I'll rephrase the other one...
Doesn have more muscle tone, or working more on your muscle tone help to reduce the affects of a damaged metabolism? I know u said it helps maintainence with will it also help prevent damage?

I don't know about repairing damage. I would think it would help offset any damage that has been done, but I don't know if I believe that the damage is permanant anyways (don't think there is enough research on it)

Thanks for this post. I believe that I am operation in the starvation mode and would like to know how to get out of it.
I am a dieter. I have done the 500 calorie diet using HCG drops, they no longer work for me.

    Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting, great information! I actually posted a question yesterday about this and yes I was def not eating enough and super tired and crashing early afternoon. Eating more as of yesterday and already feeling better.
