Food Scales, Need or not???

Scale is an absolutely important tool, probably the most important.0

NEED for me anyway. I weigh everything I can now and have come to realize when I eyeballed and or used measuring cups there's a bigger difference than you think.0

I agree, I either over or underestimate my portions. I tend to underestimate my meat portions by a LOT. I guestimated a pork chop at 3-4 oz the other day, but when I weighed it, it was 8!!0

Food scale.
Measuring cups.
Measuring spoons.
Must haves and lifesavers! Use them every single day.0 -
My scales are never away!! I think it'd be strange if I didn't weigh stuff anymore.
Plus - it stops you from eating too big portion sizes but OMG imagine if you were UNDERESTIMATING... you'd be losing out on precious amounts of food you crazy woman!!0 -
My scales are used sooo much. I weigh everything and I'm sure it drives people bonkers lol0
