    I take:
    Multivitamin/mineral;
    Garlic;
    Probiotic;
    Omega 3-6-9 oil capsule;
    Glucosamine;
    B complex (I would have thought there was enough in the multi vit but I really feel the difference when I take/stop taking it);
    Chromium (trying it again for PCOS).

    My partner and my dad have had a nasty cold recently that lasted a couple of weeks, I'm sure it was down to some of these that I didn't get it despite being in close proximity to them both!!

    Years ago I use to take all sorts of supplements, such as creatine and Animal pump etc they were just a waste of money and did nothing for me really as my goal is to build muscle. The supplements I currently take now are simply a multivitamin, coffee(for caffeine kick), protein shakes. Everything else I need in my diet I get from eating food i.e. good fats, potassium, etc..

    I use Country Life's Adult Chewable Multi-Vitamin because I am bad with pills. I do not take it every day as I do not have a lot of money, and it is really not unnecessary to have extra vitamins all the time - you mostly just pee them out haha. I take them on days when I know I will not get to eat too healthy or if I will be more active than other days.

    I also use Whey Protein powder in smoothies...I got the strawberry flavor so it blends nice with fruits. Again, I do not use this every day. It would get expensive... I use it on days when I will do extra weights in the gym or when I have a low-protein diet (I am a vegetarian.) I should probably use this one a little more, though!

    I avidly take Herbalife supplements. Definitely the multi-vitamin and the cell activator (keeps the villi in the cells clean so you have better absorption) I add flaxseed to everything I can and chia when I can get it. ( its really expensive for chia seed here in PA)

    If you want more information on what I take or if I can help you, friend me here and I can tell/show you more.

    I love the chia seed Warrior bars! Have you tried them? You can buy them on Amazon: http://amzn.com/B0078SITZK

    Multivitamin (have been taking for years)
    Omega 3
    B complex (this and Omega 3 recommended by personal trainer)
    Glucosamine and Condroiton
    Boswella and Ginger complex
    Collagen (this and the 2 above for arthritis in my hip and bad knees - recommended by doctor - along with a prescription anti-inflammatory)

    And as many protein bars as i can fit into my calorie limit after 3 healthy meals - because i love them and i just can't seem to get enough protein in my diet.
