HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YES! You most likely gained about 8 pounds from eating Burger King last night. :noway:0

I think the bigger issue is you claiming you didn't know what you ate. Don't blame your cousin for ordering the food. You admitted you craved it, and you ate it....see the common word here YOU?
OWN IT
Now move on and make better choices and if you don't, don't expect to lose weight. It's that simple really.0 -

This is a good time to try science
Step 1. Weigh yourself and record in notebook
Step 2. Eat burger king
Step 3. Reweigh yourself and record in notebook
Draw conclusions
should one log the exercise calories from drawing conclusions? is that in the database?0 -
It HAS to be a joke.
Besides if you are eating at fast food joints, you are not eating nutrition or real food, perhaps posting under a different topic would make more sense. Just sayin'0 -
That character is the creepiest thing ever. I wonder how many customers they lost when they rolled him out?0 -
Burger King makes Chicken Whoppers now? I'm on my way!!!!!0

Given how bad BK is, Quite probably, but who cares! your journey didnt start yesterday, it started today!.... so forget about yesterday and look to the future and every day from here on!0

Draw conclusions
Conclusions based on changes in scale weight from one day to the next is a horrible idea.
*fail*
OP asked if she gained weight, not if her body composition changed. Nice try though
And there's nothing that could possibly affect the number on the scale besides that singular meal? And there's nothing that could possibly affect the number on the scale besides that singular meal? And are you weighing immediately after you eat, or are you waiting for your body to digest/process the food?0 -
You may have and you may not have, it depends on what else you ate yesterday, what you drank yesterday and how many calories you burned. We have to remember once we have eaten something it's gone and short of throwing it back up there really is nothing we can do about it. Your best bet would be to start fresh today and go from there.0

Immediately of course0 -
Yes you did, and the sad thing is that calories from the Burger King meals can never be burned off.
