I think this is the perfect challenge for me... since walking seems to be my main form of exercise. I've been avoiding my dreadmill so maybe this will encourage me to get back on!
I love that you wrote "Dreadmill"! I always write that and people always think it's a typo.

I've been trying to walk every day. Last month I logged 23 cardio hours. So I set a goal to log 30 hours this month. Count me in!0

I walked 3 miles today in the park with my BFF. It was a pretty leisurely walk...but we did it--80 minutes.0

Count me in! I try to walk for 45 minutes (~2.4 miles) everyday when I'm not traveling. This will motivate me to walk more when I'm on the road!0

Great walk! My walk was very slow too since my 5 year old was my companion for the first 2 hours. At that point he gave up and called his dad to come pick him up, which was a bit of a relief, since I could then finish up the walk in about 1/4 the time it would have taken me if he continued.0 -

I am totally in! I get done with my first shift at 8:30 and my coworker and I go walk the trails outside of the school I work at. So this is great! yesterday 9/1 I did 15 minutes on the elliptical (Because it's been raining). Today I will probably do the same.0

I'm in - we've (hubby and I w/dog) have been walking since mid August. We're up to 2 miles without too much complaining I have one small complaint, my shorts keep falling off! YEAH!0
