I would say yes, I sometime use hers if it is too bleak outside. It is monsoon season where I live right now...I hate treadmills too!0 -
Sorry guys, I usually am all up for this, but I had an awful sickness get me down for a week. I have been able to get into the pool for the past two days, but today my hope is to get a few miles of walking in.0

Hi All,
Walked for 90 minutes today. That brings my Sept total to 505 minutes - against my monthly goal of 1800. I'm presently averaging just over 63 minutes per day.
Today started out raining like crazy but cleared up mid-afternoon, making the walking conditions just great. Such a nice day.

Walking has become such a pleasure for me and a big part of my weight loss.
I walked for three hours on 2nd September.
I plan to walk 3 times a week for at least an hour during September (and visit the gym too). I like to try to get a long walk in at weekends.
