Well I didn't make it to my 15 hours. I did finish the month with 12:15, Not bad for 10 days. October is a new month. I will do a lot better in October0

I walked 40 minutes today bringing my monthly total to 1894 minutes. My goal for September was to walk 1800 minutes.

9/14 - 2.10 miles 31 min 4.0 mph Burned 203 calories
9/15 - REST DAY....couldn't find the time to get to the gym as I went out of town to spend time with FAMILY...I took care of my grandkids, and don't know how many calories I burned running after them...but it was FUN!! I didn't bring my tennis shoes and got home too late for the gym...going to ZUMBA tomorrow...then to the gym for my 2 miles
9/16 - Out of Town - no exercise
9/17 - Tried my best..but ran out of time
9/18 - Same as yesterday...gotta focus on my exercise...soo this forum PERFECT for accountability. I hope to report at least 3 miles of hiking to a Dam at our local Regional Park tomorrow. Yay...exercise with my cousin since I moved to town a year ago...sheesh!! But better now then never!!
9/19 - 3 miles (Regional Park with Cousin)
9/20 - 2 miles (Gym - 30 minuties)
9/21 - 4 miles (Regional Park with Cousin)
9/22 - 0 ...but took care of grandkids and moved plenty with them...I'm exhausted lol (tomorrow is Zumba)
9/23 - 0 Did Zumba Toning...200 plus calories. More strength training than cardio...but got my heart pumping...Grreat
9/24 - 0 Had a training in the morning, and visited old friends I had not seen in ages...took care of grandkids at night...burned calories taking care of them...but no sustained walking.
9/25 - 0 Spent over 11 hours helping dear daughter with my grandkids...Dad worked 12 hours...EXHAUSTED
9/26 - 1 mile Spent the time taking care of grandkids, doing laundry, kitchen...walked my granddog for 30 minutes
9/27 - Went to SF on for a Forum group. Walked a mile at least. Had lunch with good friends. Home to rest.
9/28 - Took care of granddaughter for earlier part of day; drove DD, our poodle, to pick up grandson, and went to the park. Walked a mile at least
9/29 - No walking...but got to dance for 30 minutes burning 122 calories
9/30 - Finished the month off with a nice walk with my granddaughter and granddog (a white standard poodle rescue). Her name is Phoebe...but we should have named her Bolt...and she is always trying to do that. She is a great dog...and walked VERY well with me and granddaughter of 8 months. I forgot to add a mile...so with today's 1/2 mile...I've ended up with 30 miles for the month...even starting late. Can't always go to the gym, but can walk Phoebe...Grrreat job All :drinker:
