Did another 51 minutes this morning.
Have an HRM/GPS unit on order to better measure distance, etc. Probably plus/minus 3 miles, but I haven't measured it. :ohwell:0 -
Hi All,
Busy, busy week. Could only squeeze in 30 minutes today. My Sept total sits at 595 minutes. My goal for the month is 1800 minutes. It's going to be a struggle all week to find time to walk - I'll try to fit some in at lunch time.

I want to join!! I usually walk 2 miles at 6 a.m. then 1 1/2 miles at noon and 1 1/2 miles around 7 p.m. for a total of 5 miles a day. (5 days a week)

Hi All,
I managed to walk for 70 minutes tonight. My total for Sept is 665 minutes toward my goal of 1800 for the month. I'm averaging about 60 minutes per day.
It's been a long and busy day and I'm tired - off to bed.
